POMME28 is a small-batch home bakery in Singapore, created from a simple love of baking and sharing what comes out of the oven.

I believe the best bakes don’t need to be complicated. They need good ingredients, careful technique and enough time to develop the flavour and texture they deserve.

What started as something personal gradually became something I wanted to share — and POMME28 grew from there.
